    Thought I may as well put this up among your pics rather than a different thread GRB.

    Not a bad game and a pleasant enough night out. Been out all day though, including a meal and a drink or two in Shearer's and a wee bit tired.

    I think most people were happy enough about the game and the Heed had some really good suporters. Good chants and singing, obviously a large bunch of mates that go to all the games.

    Saw a few of our mob that go to the away games.

    Here's a pic of some of the fans behind me. I just held the camera above my head and pointed it back over. Had no idea what I was taking but one or two of them cast an eye at the camera.

    The people we had either side of us never stopped eating, so much food was being consumed around us the gulls began swooping past. (Any of you notice that)
    It was a very enjoyable game, how nice would it be to have weather like that all the time, quite a few cameras there I noticed.

    Noticed the gulls myself, quite hard to miss as they looked a bit like dive bombers at times.

    An enjoyable and pleasantly surprising game and a good night all round for me. I liked the way that Gateshead operated, there seemed to be a lot of volunteers working for the love of the club rather than the cash and it helped create the friendly atmosphere that was there for all to see and experience.

    Top marks all round to them and I hope they have a successful period in the BSPL that will eventually get them back into the Football League.
