Closing your eyes whilst watching something defeats the purpose, in my opinion. Especially if it's porn. Having said that, listening to a bird getting rattled in an adjacent hotel room gives me blood. If I'm with a bird at the time, I take it as a form of competition and try to outlast them. If I'm on my own, I'll crack one off. So maybe your idea could work; but you'd need to have sound up and porn sound is laughable, as opposed to erotic.
