Hector Bellerin to Man City ?

Strong rumors emerging that City are yet again about to bend the Gunners over and raid them of their best talents, this time for Hector Bellerin.

To be fair to the masses of ex gunners who have already made the switch from arsenal to city have been rewarded with league titles and also got to the CL semi final, and we all know the CL isn't the gunner's forte.
