read the prem league rules and show me different , it is what it is and will be happening , your denial will not change it ... the law is a funny thing and amazing how many loopholes can be found in the simpliest of laws eg this the reason the investigation may still be going on is to try and save face ... they have ****ed up , the club found a hole and used it ... wrong but business wise right
Have you got a link, the new ones haven't been released yet. They are being updated. Calling a pig a cow doesn't make it a cow. Just because the Allams have declared them concessions doesn't mean they are. In-fact, they're not.
Everyone who sits in each zone pays the same price, regardless of their age, while the rules say U18's and over 65's must pay less than adults. I believe this been explained to you before. The club obviously feel they've done enough to get round the rules, maybe they have, we'll find out in due course.
Disabled concessions were abolished 3-4 years ago. Unfortunately most clubs have done so recently. It's the usually the smaller clubs like North Ferriby, Brid Town etc that still give disabled concessions - the clubs who can least afford it. Maybe there's a moral there somewhere.
It's Rule 8 on the new one for concessions, but it's worded the same. They complied with it previously, but it's possible that other rules may have been borderline. The Prem have found no rule broken, but are considering passing it to a commission, but that was before the recent Club announcement. It's one thing to oppose, but it needs to be targeted and accurate, or it just looks like another in the 'cry wolf' category. That doesn't help when trying to bring about change.
"maybe they have" they will have and as a result the rules will be ratified no doubt ... so to be honest the new rules will no doubt benefit football in general ... although the arsenal situation may get messy lol
Can someone please clarify something from the press release for me. Are there tickets available for £9 for Cat C games? From what I have read (and posted in my previous post), £9 tickets are available in zone 1 for Cat C games. Then it is stated that zones 1 & 2 are only for concessions and families. In short, where do the £9 adult tickets come from?
It is what they told me, as did others in a position to know that I asked. It's what I put in here earlier, and seems to be the current position of the Prem as per Geoff Bielby.
Well that's terrific then. At least the owners will receive some great plaudits when the annual football cost survey gets released (along with the children).
thanks for basically saying what it is in better English than me , as I say the rules will potentially be changed I think next season (although like I keep saying this will screw arsenal big style) but this season it is what it is .. got to deal with it
Perhaps. You seem to have little confidence in the FL/Prem, FSF, SD or Trust, so we'd best be putting some effort into looking for a buyer just in case you're right.
