I think to a large extent it's horses for courses. We've often seen managers given jobs too big for them and that doesn't mean they're ****, it's not so common for 'big' managers to be given a 'smaller' club. I suspect they wouldn't necessarily do well, but hey, that equally doesn't mean they're ****.
