Instead of all the bad news lately.....here is a cloud that looks like Winnie the Pooh that was pictured over sandbanks....
Bit of both and also availability bias. Only thing is to trust the good guys to sort it out (liking the good guys not compulsory).
With all the horror stories of deaths everywhere, I thought I would post a good news story. An MS sufferer raised £38k for stem cell treatment, that isn't available on the NHS. He travelled to Tijuana, and after receiving the stem cells, he is now able to walk again. I was wondering how much he would have cost the taxpayers, to have supported him throughout his life, as a man with a debilitating disease, and figure it would have been a darn sight more than £38k. Surely, if it isn't already being considered, someone should be looking at the numbers and working out the long term financial gain, instead of the short term loss of paying for this treatment upfront. http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/man-multiple-sclerosis-can-walk-8491229
The first thing I noticed in that article is that his wife's mother is young enough to be his daughter.
Amazon going to test drone delivery system. Better get myself one of those hawks trained to take them down or perhaps a shotgun....damned if I agree with anything like that going over my garden. Okay if you are talking about emergency medical supplies, but delivering to people who can't wait a day for a new bra or t-shirt...never.
Sadly yeah, gfs choice. It was bad, like really bad. The acting was worse then the effects and they were ****. It seemed like a real low budget American sketch show. 1/10 for me.
It's far better then Ghostbusters but that isn't saying much. The story isn't that good and predictable as hell.
