Just had my first look at the beer belly hugging version of the new home kit whilst walking through Eastleigh on my lunch break. Fair play to the bloke for being quick off the mark but not very flattering.....!!
Didn't score very well in the Stoke Sentinel's "who's got the best red and white shirt" poll. Surprisingly being the Stoke local rag the Stoke shirt didn't win. The Lincoln City one did (I think) and the Saints one did miserably.
Down in Southampton for the weekend doing family visits so will pop into the store and get mine...XL for me!
Am flying into UK next week with the family - presume the shirts are readily available at the Saints Store and no issues obtaining them? Will be gutted if they have sold out in my size!!
Email the club shop, explain where you live and reserve one. I expect they'll do that as they are pretty helpful in there. I'm going in tomorrow afternoon
Ha, not quite skinny but I can still do the married/single thing with my stomach if required, I wouldn't have risked stripes though, as they don't look right if they are stretched,
Considering getting this this year as buy one every so often for football training. Last one I had was the one the club made itself in 2014/15 season? Just out of interest what is the fit like around the waist as I have the issue that if I get a t-shirt that is the right size around my shoulders/arms then it is way too big for my waist and if I get the fit for my waist then it looks like a sleeveless top. Hoping that with under armour it will be similar to the one in 2014/2015 in that it is quite tight?
Can someone give me an idea of how the shirts fit? Decided I quite like the home one, and considering one for me and the boy. I'm pretty skinny and about 5' 9", don't mind it a bit fitted as I'm used to wearing cycling tops. Also, my boy is 4, should I go for toddler or the smallest youth kit. Toddler kit looks a bit weird. Ta.
I purchased the shorts yesterday. Never owned anything under armour at all and pretty impressed. Very lightweight and feels like i'm wearing nothing at all
