Tim Sherwood wold be a decent shout, would steady the ex spurs lads and has a few decent connections

All failures. Sherwood may be able to rally the troops though.

You can bet the wally with the brolly will be trying to slime in, god forbid he doesn`t. If they (The allams) are allegedly serious about keeping the club (although they give out soundbites they aren`t), they need to get their arses in gear, make an exciting appointment, back him or just get the **** out of here.

Allam will probably pick the cheap option and make it a job share between whichever players are injured at the time.

The only people I can see accepting the job are those who wouldn't normally get the chance of managing in the premier league in the hope they can prove themselves.
    Phil Brown
    Peter Taylor
    Andy Dawson
    Deano
I use to think that one day Kenny Jacket could manage in the premier league

could be a blessing it doesn't matter who the manager is, it could be the pope and even he couldn't work miracles under these circumstances.

Id like to see us take a chance with someone like Giggs, with Phelan staying as a no.2..

Yes Giggs has no real experience as a manager but he's been a no.2 at United for the last few seasons and as we all know, experience often means absolutely nothing.

Any one with an ounce of sense would stay away from this job three weeks to go, owners who haven't brought a single player in yet, I can only see some one very desperate looking for a job would accept under the present circumstances. You can all name who you like but they will all know the troubles going on at this club. its a disgrace.

Can we please stop suggesting giggs its bordering on ridiculous and just lazy posting

As if he's going to come after what phelan and Bruce will tell him

Come on Geo - He's hopeless. He'd also increase sales locally in body warmers - I still don't want him managing the club.

No chance. He's joined a new club. You'd never be able to buy out his contract if you can't buy players.

Off the top of my head, I would like to see either Flores or Moyes be appointed. I expect them to appoint McClaren, or Steve Evans.
