All we know at present is that there is no sale discussion going on at the club, as they club say talks are currently suspended. We also know that in the past, some rumours turned out to contain a fair degree of wishful thinking.
The £100 million comes from David Burns. I think it includes the repayment of the £80 million to the Allams. Personally I'd be surprised if it excluded it and we were worth £180 million.
That's my point, Obi. It doesn't matter how accurate the sum is, but when in that ballpark it should be sensible to think that debt is included. That wasn't clear, was it? It was a misleading and unnecessary diversion from common sense.
