I'm not surprised that board went down the can to be honest. Even the most playful criticism of Wenger/Arsenal was given with the third Reich treatment and around Februaray-March time when the criticism was most warranted, the mods on there seemed to be on a censorship mission. Didn't a large portion of their board bugger off and start a new site or something, because of this sort of thing ?

 

that was 3 years ago, and most were utter twats, one user used to ask anyone who disagreed with him to meet up for a fight, so he could prove how much of a big man he was, people asking others to meet up for a fight, really shows the calibre of the people who were in that group. the ones that got banned were rightly banned. Lets not forget HIAG got banner from his own board for a week.

 

I agree we should always remember that. I'd actually quite like to read the thread which caused the ban. I'd probably put it in my signature for safe keeping tbh.

He was having a right go at his own mods because they would not ban piskie from the spurs board, it might have just been 48 hours rather than a week, cant quite remember how long it was for. One of the true comedy gold moments in the history of not606.

That was a previous time when Pixie and fellow his wum-mod henchmen went on a censorship campaign. I think he banned one of them and a whole load decided to leave. It left all the idiots behind, and we've had to suffer them ever since. One hopes that, one day, Gooners realise the damage that the Gooner mods have done to their board, and kick their sorry asses into touch.

 

It was all very pedestrian, Sky. All I did was tell all of our mods to fcuk off. It was no biggy, mate.
