Much of it isn't and it's unfortunate that things go this way, but when people make inaccurate and misleading accusations, I'm afraid there's little option but to challenge them, or people might assume they're true.
I do hope this isn't heading back to a tedious personal battle. The links and replies above show who makes the errors. Geoff seems to be moving things forward in the right way, tackling the issue and not getting sucked in to the pointless vendetta and scatter gun accusations that just cause disunity. Better fan engagement and getting the authorities to act is more productive than abuse, and I'm sure few would disagree,it's about Hull City, not specific individuals. I hope we get to hear if the Prem think the Allams have broken the rules, and if so, what they plan to do. If they don't feel the rules have been broken, it'll be interesting to see if they feel it needs a change of rule or better interpretation of them. Good luck again Geoff.
Lighten up, I was just pulling your leg. The PL have already confirmed that City are in breach of the rules, though it remains unclear exactly what they're going to do about it. Hopefully Geoff will be able to reveal the details later.
Does that make any difference though as it has become apparent that the Allams do not believe any rules apply to them !!
Is Geoff having an individual meeting with the Prem, or is he just there as trust rep for the FSF/SD national scheme?
There's representatives from all twenty Premier League club trusts attending a meeting with the Premier League today, along with FSF and SD representatives, though I believe there's been some time set aside to discuss the specific concession/fan engagement issues at City (I'm not 100% on this, obviously I'm not directly involved any more).
So everything that preceded this latest debacle has ceased to be? Surely this is just a confirmation of what is already well known?
Just a quick update on this one, Geoff has now been invited to another meeting with the Premier League next week, to give them full details on the proposals for protection of club's heritage.
Yes, drawn up with the backing of the FSF and SD... http://hullcitysupporterstrust.com/fsf-and-hcst-start-work-to-protect-the-heritage-of-clubs/
Where's Custard? I loved his Nemes, or whatever they are! Bit worried at not seeing, Pete, he's not having a kitchen refit is he?
