    Thats why we prob have so many. Good chance to see few fringe players and youth players get on to see if they can step up this season.

    How they actually perform usually means ****all though. As I said above, N'Gog andvoronin look like world beaters in a couple of pre-seasons, as did Pacheco (still gutted he didn't work out)

    But it gives klopp an indication if players look out of place with some of the first teamers etc.

    there are only a small proportion of first teamers there so hardly gives them a fair crack at the first team does it? Playing The Lions Head's third string isn't entirely testing either.

    Keepers: Karius and Alex Manninger, on tiral no less!

    Defenders: Clyne, Randall, Moreno, Smith, Wisdom, Lovren Matip, Klavan.

    Midfielders: Henderson, Grujic, Brannagan, Stewart , Milner

    Forwards: Lallana, Markovic, Mane, Coutinho, Firmino, Sturrdige, Ings.

    Players to arrive very shortly: Mignolet, Origi, Benteke , Ojo


    Injured players: Leiva, Gomez and Sakho all travelled,

    Wijnaldum should travel if he signs tomorrow.

    Liverpool insist on having a "play in 75% of games" clause nowadays so I'll be glad for him to get the match time (assuming he avoids injury)

    You do know "play in 75% of games" could consist of being subbed on in the 92nd minute 29 times don't you?

    Far better to put a playing time clause in <ok>
