Yellow cards will be issued to players who: Show visibly disrespectful behaviour to any match official Respond aggressively to decisions Confront an official face to face Run towards an official to contest a decision As we all know wayne only runs when he's got a ref to abuse, is constantly in their face and often shouts like a drunken touretts sufferer at them. We can only conclude that there is some exception for the england captain or he would be sent off every game.

I saw that bit, and it was obvious you were pissing about. I wondered if I was missing something with the other bit. I followed the link to the pdf but got bored rather quickly.
To be fair I thought this was already a rule, just not evenly enforced. I've seen people carded for being an area before. Kicking a ball away in frustration or arguing with refs occasionally get a yellow card.
