I know he put out the come and get me comments, but if the selection group didn't think something about him they wouldn't call him for an interview, would they?

So a month before the season starts we have 14 fit outfield players and a manager that is too busy securing a new job to be signing players.

Given our pretty unimpressive transfer targets, if Bruce did go, expect a replacement of Roy Hodgson proportions.

 

I can't imagine anyone on here would atomatically be thinking of SB when the England job comes up? To be a top international coach you have to be able to pit your wits against the best & be able to change things during a game! I'm a massive SB fan but...
