Having just ordered a new armchair for the new season i thought i would check what Leeds games i can watch/laugh at over the next few months. I was horrified to find that the Mighty Leeds are only on twice until the end of September and they are both away!! Newcastle and Aston Villa are both on 4 times, do you think Massive Mo has driven valuable TV money away from Leeds now something better has joined the division?
If Leeds go on a long winning streak from beginning, then Skysport may well be camping outside our gates.
That is a big IF though LL, A average or worse start then the only chance of a TV game will be when the 'big boys' come to town.
How many times are Millwall on, home or away? True Ringo, there's always another side to coin. All we can do at this stage is hope GM made the right signings.....
They only have us on when they need to show us(ie..play-off semi-finals,play-off finals,FA Cup quarter finals.FA Cup semi-finals..etc), so we cut our cloth accordingly as in we're not dependant on TV revenue like Leeds are. I predict another DFS sale due to drop of armchairs being sold by TV loving Leeds fans, some of whom may actually go to Elland Road and cancel their Sky subscriptions.
I would imagine they don't want to shoot their load too early and are saving our games for the sharp end of the season
