Can't remember where I said it, but he was my idea for a 'marquee' signing in the Stoke model of one big signing each window to gradually improve the squad.
HULL City could make a move for Senegal striker Khouma Babacar - should Abel Hernandez leave the club, according to reports Italy. http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/hull...tory-29519605-detail/story.html#ixzz4Eed79hiI
Give the development squad players a chance. How will they ever turn in to top pro's if they're never given the opportunity?
Exactly.... if the seasons going to go tits... give the lads a chance to create a future for themselves and the club as well as giving themselves a value.
I would love to see them get a chance. We still need senior bodies as I don't think any of them are ready to start a PL game. I would love to see them off the bench instead of Robson-Kanu though.
I think Mccarthy and Sahko could be this "interesting" opportunity, and both would be very good signings. Add Sane and Robsin-kanu and we are starting to take shape.
If any of what these guys say is true we might not want Sakho. http://www.claretandhugh.info/sakho-lets-everybody-down-but-chiefly-himself/
Probably doesn't help that his chairman has come out at end of season saying he wants to sign better strikers. I guess he doesn't want to be 4th choice and had been advised by his agents to stay in UK for talks and medicals. Players and egos......
I could be wrong, but I'm sure I saw a few weeks ago that we had approached him before the euros and his agent said nothing would be discussed until it had finished.
