Stuck in the middle of a **** run of shifts due to covering holidays etc..I finish a stint of night shifts at 7am this morning, and then back for a stint of days starting Monday morning, then nights again next weekend..I do have ten days off after that though..

 

Just back in the house after a Vindaloo with friends in Catterick.
Now begins the usual Internet trawl til ridiculous o'clock

Sunday morning over here but sat last night with a scotch or two listening to wife read out description of tumble driers as the current one has just gone tits up. Weather here lousy following a break in Bali.

Not sure which is worse, hearing about tumble driers or hearing the wife saying "this time last week".

It's a party people who are about to start Chemotherapy throw or have thrown or is thrown for. Chemo kicks the **** out of people so really it's their last chance to let off steam for a long time, sometimes last time ever unfortunately.

Was here just waiting to go up the road to meet a few folk (in a bar), but read too much, then had to rush. Don't believe this "Thai time" malarky, like to be on time.
Anyway, that's why I'm posting this morning at 09:30, with a slightly sore head. Can't seem to handle it like I used to.

 

Plans for today?

 

Put up sunscreen for the terrace, boring job but someone has to do it.
Edit my last post.....I've lost a day again, thought it was Sunday morning. Damn, what happened to Sunday?
Bars open today but closed (except for under the table drinks) tomorrow and Wednesday............make sure you have plenty stock in the fridge
