Been a beautiful hot day today, been lounging in the garden all day with a few estate agents thrown in the mix, just had a takeaway lamb phal curry, now about to settle down and watch the hobbit.
Wife at work till midnight, daughter just fallen asleep on the couch out for the count, Wacky Races on the goggler! Just about to put a film on! Heaven!!!!!
Just sat at home watching A Walk in the Woods with Robert Redford & Nick Nolte, quite funny in places, chilling which is nice.
Since the season finished I barely go out. Shopping is delivered, no need to cross the step, no desire to cross the step, been to the supermarket a few times for bits and that's it. Sunderland play a 5 minute walk away on Tuesday night. Told my lass I'd go to get out of the house. Didn't bother getting a ticket. Just going to stay in.
The daft cockney is away for a week. So i have no intentions of going out on the piss. Turned down a party (as earlier). Went to work lunchtime. Bit ****ed up.,(see general chat thread) everything is on time there. **** knows how. Went and had scran in the little resturant (proper thai,excess chilli) Retired to my condo with a load of leo. Now sat outside still at nearly 3. In shorts and a t shirt with a fan blowing the mossies away. Harming no one. Just chilling.
Comm, He turns 80 this year, was supposed to make this,film a while ago with Paul Newman who sadly died so Nolty stepped in.
In debt, don't drink much nowadays, and am quite happy just to sit and vegetate, er.... sorry, we say 'chill' nowadays don't we. Have a saturday night in manchester planned for september, if get any unexpected spare dosh before then, you'll find me in the vaults.
