Transfer Rumours Summer rebuild 2016

We actually threw points away because we couldn't defend set pieces. That's why I want Bony back, because he was our best defender at those situations, not to mention his goal scoring record.

 

We should sign both types of strikers. That's the problem here, we need 2 strikers and everyone we've been linked with are piss poor and look of the same level as Palo.

 

But who is doing the linking? Just press hacks who get it wrong in the vast majority of times. I don't really believe in any transfer rumour unless it comes from the club itself. Take all rumours with a large pinch of salt, especially when it comes from the tabloid press!

 

The reality is that at the moment I don't think we have the money to make all the signings eveyone would like. So a no 1 striker would be my priority with our no 2 and backups coming from within the club The first thing I would like is to have the meanest defence in the PL and then everything can build from there. With the Italian influence in the coaching staff I hope this will be the case.

 

But even those we are linked with are of poor quality. It's very worrying that we have brought a striker in yet.

But those doing the linking are just guessing, believing it all is just pointless, the players we are being linked to is just stupid, for example that foxes striker who is 30 years old for £10m, it's from a tabloid hack who is not quoting sources, the reason is because there aren't any!

 

How can they invest if they aren't the owners yet? Not that I'm expecting them too by the way

 

I thought they'd passed the PL assessment weeks ago?

 

But it hasn't gone through yet, it's expected by the end of next month

We have not improved our starting 11.
As for looking at other teams -why ? Should we wait for everyone else to buy players before we leave it until last minute and make yet more rubbish signings ?
I want players who are better than what we already have, not back ups for them.

 

If we dont have the money for players after 5 seasons in the premiership then somebody is on a nice fiddle.......The club had better take a look at Jenkins bank account ..
