Has anyone even put a bid in for Mahrez, or is it common knowledge he's pretty **** without Kante winning the ball back and passing it to him?

I expect him to follow Kante to Chelsea now <laugh>

That about sums up how wrong you can possibly be.

Do you really believe she would deliberately sabotage her achievements in leading her party and holding the office of Prime Minister; do you really believe she is edging her bets? What a ****ing barmpot you are! <doh>

He thinks everybody should be like Momentum which wants to drag the Labour Party away from any chance of power just so they can be really really left wing.

:emoticon-0136-giggl :emoticon-0136-giggl Sky, Sky ... please do stop ... your meandering, mid-table, mutterings of doom and gloom towards the EPL Champions elect are causing such paroxysms of mirth down our way that some of us are in danger of cracking a rib or two ... and not of the kind that you consider to be the height of fine dining on your regular visits to your local Harvester. No Sky ... in all seriousness - if you have read above you will see that we already have a replacement in should N'Golo decide to move on ... what's more, unlike that time when 'Pool lost fans favourite, Slippy G, and replaced him with Milner-Scuffit (Jerk of all trades master of none ... and certainly not the All Black winger that many deluded 'Pool fans thought they were getting) ... our replacement has the potential to be even better ... plus we had gone 15 EPL games only losing one before N'Golo made his full debut ...

    It will be interesting.
Not sure what to make of this

'Scotland's position could further delay divorce talks as, under devolution rules, the parliaments of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales are required to consent to any EU exit, according to a report by the House of Lords.'
I thought this had been disproved.

If anyone still has any doubts about the nature and competence of the EU, here's a pretty detailed (and okay, long) discussion between Noam Chomsky and the former Greek finance minister. They go into reasonable detail on the economics of the EU, who does what, why and how.

This much repeated so-called fact about the financial passporting is inaccurate. There are ways around it, it was discussed and accepted much earlier on this thread. If some actions are taken it isn't an issue, if they are not it is. Only time will tell us which it is to be, but my money is on folks survival instincts (and greed) kicking in.

You're the ****ing barmpot - whatever the **** that is - if you don't understand how politicians think and work.

And, I wouldn't normally do this, but in your case I'm delighted to make an exception - it's hedging - barmpot!...<ok>

Might be easier than you regaining Manchester's top position. And there's only two of you!...

And you're on No.3; the need to make that post makes that an unsurprising insight. :emoticon-0145-shake

Your bragging is hilarious; as long as it keeps you happy I'm fully supportive of you making yourself look like the shallow, pompous fool you clearly are. <cheers>

I can agree with much of what you say, but it lacks the perspective of competition for winning specific markets, which just might be one of the factors that may encourage early closure.

Too many absolutes, not enough imagination; there is always the possibility, if not the probability, that the EU will evolve and meet with internal pressures that will require them to re-think their own rules.

This is a period of huge change, don't keep taking the what has been as the what might be.

There are a huge number of people who totally lack imagination. They dont understand things deeply enough to understand that things dont have to be done the same way they have in the past. It's like the old saying that some people have 40 years experience and other people have one years experience 40 times.
