One of them is in fairness.

Probably the one who isn't claiming that Remain was the racist vote and that the EU freedom of movement principle is discriminatory to black countries in Africa.

Mate, if you read back ( yeah, I know!) his point is utter bollocks. He's been pulled up on it by more people than just me.

But, he just won't let it go, he just has to be right - even when he clearly isn't.

Blimey, there's no fooling you is there?

What gave it away? Was it one of the many times that I said I wasn't making a point? :emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0102-bigsm

Really? I don't think I'm right. I'm not even trying to be. I'm just asking a question or two to try to learn a bit more.

I leave all the competitive stuff to the shallow and ineffectual. :emoticon-0140-rofl::emoticon-0140-rofl::emoticon-0140-rofl::emoticon-0140-rofl:

Absolutely. There was no remain option. The EU would have been a different beast again from the one we've suffered with so far.

Quite a few politicians have had a wake up call, and realise that they can't carry on as they were, as it left people feeling disenfranchised.

The EU have had to wake up to the fact that their arrogance was misplaced.

The decade figure is from the head of the WTO, who has said that the UK would have to renegotiate all 161 deals separately. with each country. He also said that this could cost the UK consumer an extra £9bn and buisnesses £5.5bn in costs.

Again, quicker doesn't mean better and even then, the deals might not happen quicker than in the EU, they could actually take a lot longer.

We could of course always decide to access the single market, but that comes with tariffs and free movement.
