The current system allows for free movement of people within the EU, you're still struggling with that simple concept.

Our immigration policies therefore only relate to non EU nationals. What Davis is suggesting is that the total net migration will be less than a third of what it is today, and at it's maximum would see 88,000 less non EU nationals being given access to the UK than the 2015 total - and that's with ZERO coming from the EU.

So your premise that Brexit would see more 'non whites' arriving here, that you suggested was why the Remain vote was racist *stop giggling at the back* would be completely false if Davis and his cronies get their way, as there'd be far, far less.

Davis wants the total net migration to be not far off half of what the current non EU immigration level is, so I'd say that would mean far less 'darker skins' arriving than is already the case, so your entire premise would therefore be incorrect.
