Dismissive, how ever you would like to phrase it.

It was neither meant to be dismissive, or attacking.

I just pointed out that the reasons for buying a Premier League club are completely different from those for buying an MLS one.

They certainly have a bid in, I've no idea if it's a new one or not.

Shame. I thought you’d have replied in Latin, or some other language you could quickly Google translate.

Post 1606: you claim that your response was ‘to help you understand how to use et al in the future and to help others too’.

Post: 1615: you claim that your response was due to ‘Trout was behaving like a twat, that’s why I corrected him’

Janus faced? Or do you just struggle keeping track of the ****e you post on here?

to be fair lads, we've not seen much attacking these past 3 years so it's an easy mistake to make to assume somethings an attack when you see it

All the posts of late are just a hopeful punt - not sure any of it is attacking. Too many think skinned people in this forum though. Perhaps 'think for a minute' before hitting reply. You'll probably find you think 'meh...whatever' instead of filling the forum with touchy junk.

I give up. You just can't post anything on here without it been misquoted or twisted.

I never corrected anyone's grammar on this board today. I don't care if your written English is appalling or perfect. I corrected Trout's wrong use of a Latin term, as I thought he was putting down a new poster and trying to sound superior by using Latin.

So there is absolutely no chance of any building development on there Andy?
So the Allams or a new owner could possibly buy the stadium for say 30 million. they would then have to fund a new stand also for our massive untapped potential. but still not be able to build anything around there to help fund the development?

My reading of Andy's post is it depends on Hull City Council.

Can they find any money for a sports village, yes they can through the new leisure company. Would they be willing to amend the local framework? I think they would.

If the Americans promise to develop the area in partnership with the Council, Brady will roll on his back with his legs in the air waiting to be tickled.

So how do you answer Andy's point
Major long term Infrastructure improvements would have to be made before any perceived developments can move forward, and who pays for that, the Council and they have no money? This would also need to be supported in the local Planning framework which it currently isn't.

So if our American friends think they've seen some a development others haven't they are going to be disappointed, lets hope their interests are in buying a great club with passionate fans?

Certainly isn't straight forward unless the Council do a you u-turn, find some money and Planning amend its local framework?!

I've always wondered where any of these supposed developments would fit in on the site

All it needs is two willing partners and anything is possible. Of course you can't build loads of things around the stadium without improving the surrounding infrastructure the two go hand in hand.

I know its East Yorks council but didn't they do a deal with a property developer for the land north from Swinemoor Lane which included the developer building the northern by-pass in return for permission to build houses up there?

Why are folk still looking for meaning in posts on here, instead of waiting for the real news?

    Bewildering.
