1. Clarify the ownership position - Deadline was Monday, tell us what's going on. 2. Show us the kit - It's our first pre-season in two days. 3, Announce the match-day prices - We're only a month from the opening game. The club are obviously ****ing hopeless at telling us what's going on, in fact they seem to be on a mission to **** everyone off as much as possible, but even by their standards, this pre-season is a mess.
We can only hope that we're days from being sold and it all announced, that would explain the hold up for everything else.. Then finally we can look forward to the upcoming season with a bit of positivity.
The delay in all of this must be deliberate I reckon, in my experience (even buying and selling companies) anything can be completed fairly quickly if there is a will to do so.
You would like to think that had no suitable bid come in that it would have been announced on Tuesday. I am guessing that the club are going to do the whole lot on Friday after meeting players and staff and telling them any news. Would be sensible set up for Friday: Allams say goodbye to those at club new owners make introduction and set their stall out press conference to announce new owners and release kit new owners meet players watch the friendly further press work Saturday
It's not going to happen like that, even if a deal is agreed this week, it will take a couple of weeks to sort it all, they won't just bugger off the next day.
That would make perfect sense.....so its a cert this won't happen with our cock wombles walking turd owners
Well when you buy a house you invariably get the keys after lunch on a Friday, so lets hope thats the case here too..!!!
Can the opening song in the Prem at home if all goes well be... and as loud as everyone can sing it so MOTD or whoever pick it up on mic'... Thank **** the Allams have gone, Thank **** the Allams have gone, Thank **** the Allams have gone, Thank **** this our new song!!!!
What if the deal is already agreed and the period we're now in is the 'sorting it out for a couple of weeks'?
Unfortunately I think my "plan" is wishful thinking too!! Would not suprise me if there are developments on Friday though
I suspect as soon as a deal is agreed (or it's decided one isn't going to be agreed), we'll know about it.
I like your positivity, we can only live in hope! However, "sensible" and "Allams" not words that sit easily with each other and go together!!
