Have not been on here for a while and did click few the last page of the topic on membership but did not look back to see if this has been mentioned before so apologies if it has already been discussed. A colleague of mine renewed her pass by telephone in April. She then got a call a few weeks ago asking why she had not renewed. She said she had and has been told there was some kind of mix up, they had no trace of her renewal and her seat has been sold to someone else. She is most upset about this as she sits next to a relative who has renewed without any problem. She has made several calls to the ticketing office and has expressed her anger and insistence that she gets her seat back as she has had that seat for 5 years and renewed as asked to. They are still apparently trying to sort it out. She is now going to write to James Mooney to see if he can do anything. Have there been other mix ups I wonder, seems the whole thing is very badly managed.
Surely it wont be a problem to shift the seat nicker though? Unless they're sat next to someone on the other side of your mate. Lets face it, there's no shortage of seats available...
They're welcome to the seat I used to sit in! Seriously though that is an appalling cock up. I hope they get sorted out
I've seen a few people saying they've been asked to renew even though they already have. I wonder if this has happened to all of them? Either way it's typically and unsurprisingly shambolic.
This is not an isolated case sadly. Good Luck with James Mooney sorting it out as well. Ehabs poodle is not the person for a swift resolution either. Hopefully it does get sorted out but I would not expect it to be so that quickly. Ehab,, the boy blunder, really is going out on a high. Even Steve Bruce has suffered at his hands yet again.!!! Is it the SMC that will be in charge of this? I've previously found James very helpful, but seemingly unable to influence the SMC to actually do anything
I've had a couple of calls from Hull City a few weeks ago. I just rejected the calls rather than be clever with the poor person ringing around. I cancelled my season ticket mid-season in the PL as he announced his 2nd name change attempt. I thought I made it clear in the letter why I cancelled. I guess they don't keep notes. There is just the one thing that will get me to return.

The Club and the SMC are in competition with each other, it's a very odd arrangement, which leads to some strange outcomes.
Well they weren't in competition when they decided to close the Airco Arena. That was all Ehabs work.
That was over a year ago, since then James Deacon has taken over the running of the SMC and everything is completely different.
