    That fact that he is on that list makes it a no brainer transfer. Why he is getting paid that, well I have not got a clue, but as a player that has not made the bundles some very average Prem players have raked in, I do actually wish him all the best.
    But, I do have a question, why the******* **** were Shandong sillydollars not bidding £38M for Victor Wanyama last month! <grr>

    Nothing original to add, just want to add my farewells to a player we loved from almost his first kick. That he played in the Euros for Italy was a great bonus, and I enjoyed his performances there as much as any for Saints.

    He was magnificent. I loved watching him play. I regret never getting the opportunity to spy on him and his wife in bed. That would have been a sight to behold.

    I won't criticise saints too vehemently, because players are here to play football first and foremost, but just look at the bloke.

    There is a marketability which could get close to a Beckham.
    I expect you'll be seeing that mosh all over China in the months ahead
