Blair wasn't elected as a known liar though.

What Pete is saying, is that despite campaigning as a Remain supporter May's view was the contrary, which means she's a liar pure and simple (not that I think Pete is right on that btw)

Did any of the ****ing Tories campaign for the side they believed in btw?

I think that there's more common ground than some would like to admit. It's how we see the situation improving where the differences crop up.

Here's one I reckon most would agree on. On the whole, politicians don't give a **** about us, and don't really follow their principles they just want our vote.

I hear Farage is being lined up to replace Conte already. Which is quite strange as you're already out of Europe

I go to football matches and I meet a lot of Hull City fans. We don't swap not606 usernames or even bother with names at all.
Maybe you do and that is why you think as you do.

I think May's view was that the EU needed sorting out, like Corbyn, she felt it was best done from the inside, but can now accept that's no longer an option. It doesn't make her a liar, well not as far as politicians go.

I agree, but perhaps the referendum should've been on the basis of clear plans laid down by the government for both leave and remain. It would've negated the extreme arguments that led to scaremongering and outright lies on both sides. It would also have prevented certain unpleasant groups using the result to justify their actions since the result.

Don't you get it, they can vote... as long as they vote the way Pete wants. Hitler and Saddam had the same idea. Worked very well. That's why it wasn't an advisory referendum... oh wait yes it was <doh>

They shouldn't vote to remain because the referendum of the people resulted in a leave result. Parliament only relinquishes their authority to the people in referendums. Do you think that after the Scottish independence referendum that if the result was in favour of Scotland leaving the UK that Parliament could refuse to let them leave?

I'm sure Pete's motives were purely philanthropic.

Can you imagine the night he sat there the wrong side of a few glasses of immigrants blood and declared to his Mrs " Yes, that's it, I'm going to start my own ****ing party, hic"

"Shut up Peter you're pissed again"

"No, I mean it, and you can be the deputy leader"

Do you think that Corbyn who has the majority labour member support should leave?

Probably. I think the information from all sides, including the EU was lead by political posturing, rather than a serious desire to serve the people. I think we're seeing that they've picked up on the message that they're held in contempt and that people feel disenfranchised, but still look to be paying lip service and saying the right thing, rather than understanding that an acting accordingly.
