This majortom character has just got to be one of the small(ish) band of wum/troll/pessimist/nobheads on the smb.

It was the lack of them that attracted me to this place.

If the Wijnaldum to Spurs speculation comes to fruition, then I hope neither Yedlin or Mason go the other way as part of the deal.

According to Sky Sports (and they can't believe it either <laugh> ) Newcastle are asking for £35m for Sissoko.

They'll get half that if they're lucky. Oh well, I've no problem with him poisoning the mags dressing room.

I'd be surprised if he turns up for training with them.

He'll be due a couple of weeks off now, and his agent will be like a blue arsed fly trying to get him a new club.

I reckon there'd be plenty of takers off the back of his tournament at £15m but £35m, you're looking at China.

It would be better if Newcastle sell neither.

They'll be stuck with 2 sulking under performing players on massive wages.

Will he go to China? He's been bleating on about playing for a top club for years.

Not a chance ....... he'll go to another English club for about £15 million and Newcastle will be pleased to get his wages off their books.

He couldn't be bothered in he PL so he won't make an effort in the 2nd division and they know it.

The £35 million is so the Mags think they're doing everything to hang onto him ......... they're not.

I'm not so sure, the lad clearly has bundles of talent just didn't apply it at Newcastle (<laugh>), and with the massive inflation this year... I could see them getting £25m-£30m to be honest. At a club where he has a chance of winning things / champions league football, I think he might put the effort in.

I'm not saying we would get that much but given the price inflation, I wouldn't be stunned if something north of 25million was offered. Some clubs go bonkers for players who have good tournaments. We did sell Carroll for 35million to a bunch of delusional idiots. Can see it potentially happening again!

Sess was unplayable half a dozen games a season. Never made him worth anywhere near to the 10 million mark, had he been consistant we would have had a 15m+ player on our hands. Majority of the time Sissoko ****e and doesn't pull his weight, much like Sess. It won't have gone unnoticed and will massively effect any buying clubs valuation of him imo.

    In a word, no.

That'd be where the silly offers would come from though.

I'd imagine the fee he'll go for will be still inflated, probably £19-£22m at a guess, he's not worth that, but if a club has that sort of money to spend (hopefully not us) then it could happen.

France's Sissoko is worth £35m, unfortunately Newcastle's Sissoko is worth about £5m.

The bone idle passionless twat. <ok>

You boys have started sniffing around apparently. £100m for Pogba is beyond a joke.
