Exactly. I've been asking since prior to the vote where the expert resource was coming from to renegotiate 161 World Trade agreements concurrently.

All we've had from Leave supporters is some blind faith that these deals will be done swiftly. Boris and Co never even mentioned how, by who and what timescale.

    Wait and see

    It will be fine

The slogans of the Leave campaign and pretty much the entirety of their "plan".

In the meantime small businesses that import from the EU and sell into the British market are facing a 20% hit. But **** them eh?

You haven't seen the economic effects of Brexit at a personal level yet, so how can you make that definitive statement? It could cost you your job (if employed) or your business.

As for 'whining', it's not whining at all, it's a continuation of the debate. As was mentioned on Question Time last week when that lazy accusation was chucked in, the opposition post a GE don't suddenly pack up and go home. The opposition to Brexit will continue until article 50 is invoked and beyond and rightly so, during that interim period the discussion will no doubt centre around what we need to see as absolutely essential when we get to the negotiating table with the EU, for me that's a free trade agreement. without free trade our long term future is grim imo.

What are you basing this on?
The pound has been weakening against the dollar for over 70 years and there is nothing to suggest this won't continue. All that has changed is an acceleration of this in the short term. It will stabilise but not at the 1.50/1.55 it was a few months ago. Probably nearer 1.20

... <laugh> ... one party has just managed to force it's own incumbent prime minister out of office due to its' divisions, has just lost its' 'heir apparent' and arguably most popular individual to what appears to have been a mixture of infighting and decption worthy of a Game Of Thrones plot line, and perhaps the realisation that he had been duped into championing a cause that has been won primarily on the back of ill informed xenophobia. Another of its prominent individuals has been exposed as a treacherous little weasel now, thankfully, cast adrift into a political ocean where hopefully he remains marooned forever. So it boils down to a slightly more personable clone of Margaret Thatcher (in itself an oxymoron) or a tory version of Mrs Brown? Shambles? hmmmm <laugh>..

If you can't accept the decision, then there's nothing wrong in raising constitutional or legal challenges to it.

You're not doing that. What you're doing is whining. It's pretty much all that you've done apart from school yard level abuse. We are moving out of the EU, blubbering on with prophesies of doom and gloom is useless and actually contributes to the uncertainty. Don't forget, as things stand, nothing has actually changed yet. The market is driven by the negativity,

There seems to be a misconception that we lose out on EU money. It was never EU money anyway, it was ours that they give us back with a lot of strings attached. I know some in that area that stopped applying for the grants, as they felt that the conditions and hoops attached make them worse off for having them.

Also, there seems to be this bizarre view that all is sweet within the EU, which is clearly nonsense, even a fair percentage of those involved in the remain campaign only chose remain as they felt it was better to reform it from within. Experience and recent attitudes show that would have been futile.

There's a lot of posturing and fighting for position and the moment, so comments from politicians and sundry commissioners need taking with a pinch of salt. The EU are terrified that their gravy train gets derailed. At the same time, despite what some claim, they need the UK market.
