Yeh he done great in that final like. Portugal the TEAM won the Tournament, a goal from Eder. Yet Ronaldo will unfortunately and undeservedly (as this tourney he's been fairly poor) take all the headlines.
He's been slated by the press throughout the tournament tbf. Maybe slated is a bit harsh, but they've not held back in telling us when he's underperformed. I think like all players, they build him up before every game to pull him down.

Not bitter mate, Portugal did what they needed to do and will done to them for achieving it. It's a shame one of the world's best players had to go off. C.Ronaldo was a disgrace though. Ran about for 10-15 minutes after the injury but needed a stretcher to leave the field. The injury wasn't bad enough to stop him running about before extra time. Nor did it stop him jumping around around and after the final whistle. Real Madrid will be pissed if it's a genuine injury.

It's called passion mate, I am sure some ex-Liverpool player must have had it at some stage. I wouldn't think he was thinking or worrying too much about Madrid, this was probably his last chance to be part of an international tournament winning team and as the captain I would think he is very proud.

It's embarrassing the way Lee Dixon kept belittling Portugal throughout the tournament and even now he can't put his bitterness to one side to commend them on not only reaching the final, but actually winning it. If it was England who had done EXACTLY the same throughout the tournament to win it, he'd be waxing lyrical. Loathsome, sad little prick tbh.
I don't like Portugal and I don't like how they went about winning it but credit MUST be given because they did win it.
