I disagree entirely. Fox hunting is not pest control, it's "entertainment" and it's ****ing disgusting. I cheered when I saw the matador had died today and I hope every single person who ever goes on or to support a fox hunt dies by being ripped apart by a pack of hounds. And I ****ing mean that.
at last a balanced view. WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE in this country like to tell me how I feel. I SHOULD be offended at this andd I should be offended at that. IF I disagree? all hell breaks out.
Because he chose to get in a ring armed with swords against an already weakened bull that was terrified and didn't want to be there, like he was some kind of ****ing hero. So ****ing tough wasn't he? I punched the air when i saw the 1 in 10000 chance the bull had came in, although the ****s still killed him in the name of "entertainment".
So presumably his death, despite it being horrendous and unbearable for his family and those who knew him, has come as a celebration for many people. That's horrible. Fair enough bullfighting is cruel, but so is the creation of most meat, it's not fair to say karma. Injury would've sufficed, but to be killed in such a manner isn't very nice. It's not nice for the bull either, but damn, he's human.
I'll aways respect freedom of speech. But it seems very clear to me, you are a **** and you only post on here to try and get a rise from others. You're never funny like I disagree completely. Fox hunting is a sick way of getting your kicks. Foxes have as much right as you do to go about thier way, as they see fit. Your Fox hunting pals can go smear that blood on their faces and get their little erections from seeing an innocent wild animal torn to pieces. It's not for me.
I appreciate that and fully understand why many people hate it, it's just not something that particularly bothers me. Anyway, it was banned and the ban is unlikely to be overturned any time soon, so it's history anyway.
A hunt can use a pack of hounds for a scent trail hunt; also, foxes can be forced from cover using only two dogs and then shot. Not killed by the dogs. Go figure how these two permissions overlap/stray into being a hunt...
It's the dogs you trained that caught that poor Fox. It's the horse you ride that makes you quick enough to catch up with the horror. Why do you people toast and congratute each other? What is it you did today, you seem so proud?
Bottom line is that he had a choice to go in the ring, the bull didn't. I would never celebrate anyone's death, but only because I can understand what his family are going through now. All bloodsports are barbaric. Killing animals for food, although it too can be barbaric, is understandable but killing for pleasure had no place in a civilised society.
