If he'd been round in the late 90s when Henman was around, playing at this standard he'd have pissed majors every year. An amazing sportsman, even if he only ends up with 2 majors
Anybody know who the bloke is sat behind Lendl? He seems to be always there, definitely in the Williams box yesterday.
And now Murray's won the second set on the tiebreaker. First time Murray has beaten Raonic on a tiebreaker in six attempts.
Brilliant performance from Murray, he's not the most likeable of characters, but he can certainly play a bit.
Great win for Murray there, if he can keep going a few more years then there should be more Slams for him. Even the mighty Djokovic isn't 100 percent all the time it seems these days
Don't like the guy, but credit to Murray he was outstanding, and congratulations to him. Have to say it was a good afternoon viewing flitting between the Tour de France, GP and the Tennis.
I was wondering the same, he always sits there every day in the same place. Just found this. https://www.wimbledondebentureholders.com/articles/wimbledon-man-in-the-hat/
I'm guessing he must be some sort of official, but he never does anything! I'm going to email Wimbledon, I'll keep you posted.
See my edited link, that tell you who he is. https://www.wimbledondebentureholders.com/articles/wimbledon-man-in-the-hat/
