Well, if the number of movies, TV shows, video games, etc., that an individual (kiddy or grown up) watches is the primary measure of that person's quality of life, then your life >>> mine. Well done, especially as you have proudly informed us you have no ability in any sport except darts and summat else equally important. Do your partner(s) know what a fulfilling life you lead?

Yes. Yes they do. They are 'partners' for a reason, you arse.

And I can bet it's a lot more fulfilling than yours.

    Good day, sir. <ok>

It's not my arse. And only an idiot would bet on anything without being in possession of any factual information or validated knowledge. You have neither, so ... .
Whether you choose to shoot your mouth or not, this would be one bet you would lose by a landslide, you stupid boy. That is all.

Unfortunately I think we've given the ****ing arsehole exactly what he wanted. To be talked about.

Who, exactly, are "we"? And what, exactly, are you talking about? Are you and your Likely Lads buddies really smart enough to be in a conspiracy? Obviously not. There's a shock, then.

So your comeback is essentially a barely relevant pun held together by a couple of tired homophones.

Tell me, are you taking these ‘ripostes’ from a book and just cramming them in where you best can in the vain hope that someone else, on a football forum, might think that you’re intelligent?

There is only one thing in life worse than being talked about, and that is not being talked about.

Whilst I agree that it is stupidity and tinpot in the highest degree, pretty certain I've seen footage of England doing the same thing after Italia 90.

    Can't remember that.

I see the first thing Bale did was have another dig at the English.

The monkey looking motherfucker is obsessed.

    And doing that thunderclap thing?

    Have a day off.

Never said it didn't happen, just that I couldn't remember it.

Probably because I was in Magaluf drinking booze and chasing skirt.

    That is what I fear.

With us opening the new Premier League season, I dread to think we’ll be caught doing it first, in front of a global audience.

With the Italia '90 homecoming, I expected to see the pic of Gazza with his 'comedy' boobs.

In 90 they went as utter ****s.
Hammered and humiliated in Euro 88 when they lost all 3 games, Robbo was ridiculed and vilified beyond belief. We were banned from the Euro club comps too, we'd had the Hillsborough disaster barely a year earlier.
Expectation was minimal, we'd been exiled to Sardinia so we didn't contaminate the mainland.
The game was at a very low ebb indeed. Football was as unhip as it would ever get back then. The type of **** who have since infested our game would not have been seen within 5 miles of a football ground back then.
When they came back the luvvies had started to latch onto it, and the 'Welcome Back' was from normal people who were proud of their team who had massively overachieved against expectations, and played with flair and character, unlike the ****s of today.
