He didn't fail the test. Evidently the test returned a false positive due to error by UEFA, otherwise there would be a case to answer instead of it being thrown out.
You obviously have paid no attention to the case at all. He got a positive result to a substance on the EUFA banned list, he admitted taking said substance and didn't require the B sample to be tested as the first result was correct. The whole thing centred on the fact that the substance was not on the WADA list, this now seems to be the case and needs to be admitted so people know EUFA ****ed up as much as Sakho did.
Yeah I know. If some UEFA ****tard puts a #legit substance on the banned list then Sakho hasn't failed the test, the test has failed Sakho.
Nope, the test has found the substance.......Win Sakho never read EUFA list........Fail EUFA never read WADA list.........Fail Total **** up all round and it needs to be admitted by all.
I still think he's a ****. he is paid a fortune and is a professional athlete. LFC own his body (effectively). He shouldn't put anything into it without consulting them. If LFC gave him the advice to take the fat-burner, then I take it back. Otherwise, although I accept his innocence re doping, he's a ****.
Turns out it wasn't even on UEFA's list or WADA's list. The whole thing is a total waste of time and only taken so long to give the illusion of a formal procdure to cover UEFA's ****up. WADA didn't even bother to attend in person, they just sent a letter saying "FFS sort your lives out"
UEFA conspiracy against English clubs, Clearly wanting Sevilla in the CL next season. Forcing us to play Calamity Toure in the final But seriously does Sakho have a case for wrongful suspension?
no need to replay because punishment for fielding an ineligible player is to forfeit the match therefore eligible player banned we are awarded the game. obvious really
