Certainly nothing deliberate for the penalty, though I can see why it was given. Definitely changed the game though, as the Germans gave France far more space in the second half, which they used more effectively.
So.............it's Grinning (France) V Tooting (Portugal) in the final. I'll buy the winner a pint in the pub prior or after the Leeds game. Good luck to you both.
cracking game last night. The difference in the way both sides played their way out defensively and our sideways, backwards, hoof it, caveman tactics. Until we get players comfortable on the ball, we'll never threaten to win any competition
At least England will be represented in the final with Mark Clattenburg appointed as the referee. Why are Wales holding an open top bus parade through Cardiff?
It's all lining up for a celebratory week in France, Final on Sunday, Bastille Day on Wednesday, they'll either all be pissed for the week or on strike...
I see that 'Arry is going to be involved in the selection process for the new England manager, oh whoopee do!
Amazing sight as players walked on the pitch this evening of thousands of moths swarming all over them, could be interesting if they are still there at kick off...
Decent closing ceremony going on at the moment, don't know if they're showing it in the UK, probably talking between themselves!!!!
Surprised they allowed both sides to play in their home strips........obviously no clash of colours but UEFA normally like a dark and like kit for TV viewers
