Andy will play his heart out for a team, he is old and he is playing out his final years, but you can tell when he is running he can't keep up with the player, but hell is he trying. You won't find anybody more committed to the cause than Andy Hughes. Pure determination. Many people seem to think Andy is a full back. He isn't. Andy's original position was a CM/RM. Due to a shortage at Leeds, and Andy couldn't get a midfield position, he was asked to play at LB and RB on separate occasions. RB in League One and LB in the Championship. He put in a decent shift because he is committed. Not scared of going in neither. He will play any where you put him though. He has played everywhere except goalkeeper at some point in his career.
Leeds fans seem to like him, Scunners don't. This is Powell signing players with something to prove again, even at 33. Happy with the signing, like the idea of someone solid and committed at RB, though don't reckon he's going to set the world alight bombing it down the wing too often.
Talking of right backs, I see Jenkinson has said that he is willing to switch to England I wonder what has brought that on?
After that own goal, maybe he thinks his current international career is Finnish-ed... Sorry about that.
He's off twitter? The guy is too sensitive if it's down to him not being able to handle the banter after his OG. Thought he would have liked that his followers tripled after that!
Thank you Haysey, very kind - I wish I were normally that alert at 8 o'clock in the morning, regrettably for some bizarre reason I woke up perfectly alert at 4.00am - so by 8 o'clock it was more like mid-morning. Even my feeesh were still asleep... Got a big meeting at 2.00, the chances of me being awake by the end are looking pretty slim.
Not exactly, AllHell but I once went to a seminar on 'Successful Writing for TV and Radio' - unfortunately, it wasn't.
