Mum usually lets me and my brother watch england games, but thats it. she moans i get to worked up and start shouting at the TV.

 

lol but that's normal!

 

I think I have most power over the TV! Not sure how I've managed that!

I have freeview in my room but it is so temperamental. Rain or wind and it loses signal and those pesky hairdryers on wheels set it off too.

 

I hate watching England now, can't be bothered with them


She hates watching footy but will watch Rugby league (Wigan Warriors) when they're playing, then no ones aloud near the remote

 

Hey Betty! Just to let you know, i asked about a favourites facility...and was told that we already have one. Unfortunately, it's not really exactly what you're looking for, a favourites option would be far better, but right now the only option is to subscribe to a thread which you can do through 'thread options', and then find your subscribed threads through 'quick links'. It's not ideal, but it's all we've got, at the moment. I'll keep nagging though, i'm good at that

 

that's one sport i can't stand (actually, it's one of two!)...rugby and golf...ugh!

 

I quite like it, it's way better than Rugby union but its not as popular

 

oh right...i don't know the difference lol...not my sport, ever since a friend of mine broke his neck at 16, i've hated it. If that hadn't happened, who knows, i might have been a Saracens supporter! lol

 

ah excellent! Shall investigate that. I just think it would be a good idea to be able to quickly find a thread without trawling the forum for ages, so this subscribing thing might be ok, as long as you can unsubscribe once caught up/it becomes old news!

Well currently i am only able to watch tv in black and white! i have to have a close look at things. I like to watch rugby union, but i find league a bit too much like american football. I do like to watch the big golf tournaments, but only the Open and Masters. I did go to the HSBC championship at the grove one year

Right... I've subscribed to a thread as a test and the issue I have is that i can't find out what thread I've just subscribed to on my profile (can't find the quick links). Looks like I have to wait for somene to post something and then receive a notification about, which will get very annoying if lots of people post on it! I don't want notifications of new posts, I want a nice handy favourites list (that isn't my internet browser!)

 

Yep thats the problem you have to clear out your email acc often ! Sorry H mis understood you , I think a bookmark , favourites button without the need for subcription especially on the phone app would be great
