As I said zones 1-3 which is where most of the foreign investment used to go.

As for the bit about the favourable exchange rate, I'm afraid that's bullshit. It's a nice press story that the estate agents are putting out there in the hope that they can make it happen but the central London market is dead as investors don't like uncertainty. The pound dips 15% so you buy in only to realise that the property market has dipped 20%. I know a number of the senior guys who sell into the overseas market and it is dead.

The FT goes to people like Savill's Lucian Cook and asks them for a view on the London property market and funnily enough they talk it up. It's like asking a butcher whether people should eat red meat. If you want an honest view on the London market, you'd be better off listening to Henry Pryor. He's a buying agent so calls it as he sees it.

Nine Elms (Vauxhall) is mentioned in that article. It's long been a car crash waiting to happen.

It already has. Stamp duty damaged it badly. Brexit is now turning it over for another go!

My holiday this year is in Lulworth for 4 days.

Brexit ruined my 4month round the world trip.

I did go to Jamaica earlier in the year, but I go so often it's almost not a holiday anymore.

Lots of stuff in that article just confirms that it was a trend that started before the brexit vote due to a number of factors.

You tried that one before, but it still ignores the fact that the caps on UK limits are still largely set by having to accommodate people from the EU.

It definitely started before the Brexit vote and the market was on hold until after it. The assumption was that Remain would win and the market would kick start again. Obviously the opposite has happened. I know one guy who went to bed on Thursday thinking he'd done the property deal of his life and woke up on Friday to learn that the Brexit clause in the sale contract had been triggered so no deal!
