A number of Contracts expected to be signed today. Vito will definitely be one. Hoping the HoffMeister-3000 is one of them but Big Sam is the one I want us tying down most. I'll update this thread as and when.
Facebook Twitter Sunderland AFC goalkeeper Vito Mannone has agreed a new contract with the Black Cats. The Italian shot-stopper has penned a new two-year deal, keeping him on Wearside until 2018. The 28-year-old initially joined Sunderland from Arsenal in 2013 and has since made 69 appearances. He earned hero status amongst Sunderland supporters in 2014 when he saved two penalties in a shoot-out at Old Trafford, sending the Black Cats to the Capital One Cup Final.

Nine players have been taken in as first year scholars, whilst a number of players have signed their first professional contract and one has agreed a contract extension. The new intake of scholars are; Lee Connelly, Jack Connolly, Jack Diamond, Jake Hackett, Jordan Hickey, Benjamin Mbunga Kimpioka, Fergus McAughtrie, Anthony Patterson and Jacob Young. Is that the new away kit? Not seen any news of it or anything but maybe I've been a little busy!! Can;t find anything official
Thanks Bri, where the hell do you get all this info? If it wasn't for this forum I would know nowt about our players!
A lot of it's on twatter! But our Bri is clued up one step ahead of them I think! He told me Tore andre Flo is next one in... Haven't seen him post it yet though so you heard it from me first.
I love the blue one and wanted a blue away kit. Mind the Black one with red and white "piping" doing the rounds is also very nice. Heard nothing and it's only 6 weeks till the season starts!
Yes 6 weeks not long (6 weeks to my holidays so miss first 2 games - derby match as well - badly planned Went to the Sunderland shop in Galleries and spoke to assistants and no hint from club yet - maybe Bri might know - he seems to have unique sources
I'm gigging up in Scotland on the 20th (day of the Boro game!) and am staying overnight - hoping they bring the kick off forward to 12:00 or something!!
