I'm not panicking at all, I'm quoting the head of the WTO. He has said that it could take years to renegotiate all 161 trade deals within the WTO and could cost UK consumers £9bn and businesses £5.5bn in trade.

But for work done. not for supporting theEU. I am sure that not everyone that works for the government supports the government and that working for the government does not mean that you have to support that government.

By suggesting that the CBI is on the payroll, it provides him with an excuse to rubbish everything they've said on the issue of Brexit, put it all in the bin marked bias, and ignore every word of their predictions, analysis and detailed projects in conjunction with other organisations that have modelled the best and worst case scenarios for UK trade post Brexit, both of which came out as different shades of ****.

The CBI polled their members to give them the results about how brexit would affect business. They are simply reflecting the views of UK businesses, there is no spin from the organisation.

Why would they be scare stories ? Both the EU and WTO are crystal clear on the rules of trade. The UK has voted to leave, so it now has to abide by those rules.

Did anyone watch that Adrian Chiles programme last night about Brexit?

Some of the 'logic' from a few of the biffs interviewed summed up the reason Leave won in a nutshell.

It started with some bloke with 6 kids on the dole.

He'd lost his job in the steel industry and blamed the Eastern Europeans,

He'd been offered jobs but they were less than his benefits and £634 rent payment - he blamed the Eastern Europeans. (He also swerved mentioning that he'd have got tax credits etc and wouldn't have been worse of working, but hey ho.)

He wanted a council house and because he was still waiting - he blamed the Eastern Europeans.

He had a gypo pony in his garden - he didn't blame the Eastern Europeans for that.

He was the kind of person who summed up the kind of society we've become in part. It's always somebody else's fault for people like this, they take no responsibility for their own plight. They just seek to point the finger at someone else, typical of the blame culture and lack of personal responsibility that we see so often these days. Boils my piss tbh.

Unfortunately for people like this bloke, pinning his hopes on the fact that if we close our borders to Eastern Europe then everything will be sound and it will somehow drastically and magically change his life, he's in for a disappointment.

Not that it'll matter, he'll just find a different target for his blame, the Govt, the Muslims, his gypo pony, who knows.....
