You read it any way you want. To me the European, and more importantly, the German position seems very clear.

    Only it isn't.

How many non white countries are there in Europe exactly? And how many of them have been refused entry into the EU and thus had free movement declined?

As Gonzo has already pointed out to you, over 100m people in the EU are from a non white ethnic background and they all have the same freedom of movement.

So your argument that it's racist dies there.

You since moved that on so that now it's somehow institutionally racist against 'non white countries' - that don't exist within Europe <doh> But I'll smash that one as well.

There's 28 Nations in the EU - soon to be 27 - they all have freedom of movement.

Once we leave we'll revert to our 4 Nation Union - in which there is freedom of movement.

For your ridiculous statement to be correct then a post Brexit UK will also be discriminatory towards non white countries in exactly the same manner.

    What a spanner <laugh>

Wtf? IS are a far right terrorist group that attack people based on their religion and ideology. They don't just bomb non-Muslims and I never said anything about thir bombs - i just said they were far right bigots who attack people based on their religion (ie if they follow the same extreme version of Islam or not) or race (they have a war against Western culture so view many Europeans/Americans in particular as their enemy based on their race).

I haven't exaggerated anything, ive just read reports saying hate crime is up, support of far right groups is up, I've read reports of people experiencing hate crime. That's not exaggerating that's just talking about things ive read. Sorry if that offends you, but maybe you are offended vy the wrong thing...

You look at from a far too desperate and insular view point.

90% of the population cannot get into the EU as easily as the remainder. It is beyond a doubt discriminatory, and an inherent factor of that discrimination is that it affects countries that are predominantly non-white. I mentioned the 2,700 mainly Indian and Philippine nurses refused entry earlier. People draw short of playing the race card ads it fogs the issue.

Priti Patel MP, said that the UK must exit the European Union to pursue a UK immigration policy that does not discriminate against people.
Patel, Britain's Minister of State for Employment and the daughter of Ugandan Asian refugees, said: "On June 23 we have an unprecedented opportunity to take back control of our country. We can take back control of our borders and have a UK immigration policy that does not discriminate against people."

    http://www.workpermit.com/news/2016...must-be-non-discriminatory-says-brexits-patel

80 community and business leaders from Commonwealth backgrounds have written an open letter to the Prime Minister to call for the UK to take ‘back its autonomy in the fields of migration and commerce’. They argue that the UK ‘should secure a free-trade-only deal with the EU, and re-establish our global role’ if the UK’s EU renegotiation does not bring back powers over immigration and trade policy.

Signatories include Pasha Khandaker, President of the UK Bangladesh Caterers Association UK, Moni Varma, owner of Veetee, MOBO award winner Rachel Kerr, Gurmail Singh Mahli, President of Shri Guru Sing Sabha Southall and Tariq Usmani, CEO of Henley Homes plc.

    They outline two main concerns:

Fair migration: The EU binds the UK into a discriminatory migration policy. Whilst EU citizens enjoy freedom of movement and no restrictions on their stay in the UK, those coming to the UK from outside of the EU face greater restrictions.

Trade deals: Membership of the EU means the UK has no control over trade policy so it is unable to negotiate deals with countries from outside the EU, including Commonwealth nations such as India and Australia.

Ahh your serious, silly me I thought you were joking. So you think that the EU policy of treating everyone the same and giving everyone the same rights is somehow discriminatory because the British Government decided to turn away 2,700 mainly Indian and Philippine nurses? You do realise that the UK Gov has complete control over non-EU immigration and can accept/refuse absolutely anyone it wants besides refugees/asylum seekers and this has nothing to do with the EU or Free Movement of People or their policy of non-discrimination?

Really, so it has no impact if they have to allow for the unknown quantity from the EU that have had full access to our services?

Well they don't let an unknown number in do they? They certainly don't racially discriminate who they let in do they? And the people they do let in make a positive contribution to the economy and are needed to pay for the war generation and baby boomers pensions. So No I don't think your statement works in reality.

I didn't say that they racially discriminate, I said it's a natural consequence of the policy. That policy means that they have to estimate how many EU citizens are liable to come over here, and that estimate informs the non-EU numbers. Unfortunately, the numbers from the EU are difficult to estimate, so for the sake of the economy have to be conservative.

It means we have to turn away nurses and net contributors to accommodate waifs, strays and scoundrels from the EU. Before anyone jumps up and down, of course they're not all bad from the EU, the bulk are okay, but why can't we filter them the same way we do everyone else, to give more opportunities to those from the rest of the world?
