Great news regarding the Fer & Phillips transfers - now if only we could put failed medical Sandro out to pasture somewhere and find Caulker a new home.

Toszer I think will be gone soon...why he is left behind...

No rumours about Junior though...might he stay?

 

Am i right thinking we will actually recuperate some money from this? That would be some good news and a first for a long time

 

The latest with Hoillet is that he's been offered a new contract (a good one) and he has a decision to make.

Toszer never settled and he's seeking a move as much as the club want to sell him. JFH has told him he's not in his plans for the upcoming season.

 

I believe we paid not shy of £5 million for Phillips in the first place, and Fer was signed for £8 million. So it's technically a loss, but at least we've got some money back.

 

Factor in the wages and it's the economics of a lunatic...

With Fer going to Swansea I think I will back them for relegation. It's nothing personal against Swansea, it's just that he has done that o the last two clubs he has made a permanent move to.......and he is on a hat trick

didn't we go after a French winger a lttle while ago and get knocked back on two bids? Maybe with Phillips going we could go back? Also, earlier posts suggested John Bostock had signed - can anyone confirm this?

 

The world has truly gone mad. But then I've heard others say that he looks better on TV than when you're at the game. We just don't know quality when we see it

He's not in the Holland squad and I don't remember it being on the Offish...
