I think he's the type of player that coukd fit into a quality side that revolved around teamwork and grafting. I think that's what rafa is going for.
Not that impressed with your Gayle signing to be honest. Think he thinks he's a lot better than he is. This Matt Ritchie signing makes me very jealous though. Quite surprised that he is dropping a league for you guys. Very good player imo.
gayle looks a goal poacher always wanting to nip behind defenders .. looks a confident hungry player and know where the net is ..i feel he is a good signing . did he not come up from non league like vardy etc .. like that type of path ... its sign of hard work and belief
To be fair Gayle probably is Championship quality, at least. Given we have Mitrovic, Perez and Armstrong as it is, he makes it quite a rounded line up. It's not as if we're signing Batshuayi or Lacazette anytime soon!!
