Ordinarily, I wouldn't give Wales much chance against Belgium. But the fact that Wales and Belgium were in the same qualifying group and Wales took a win and a draw off them makes me think it will be closer than most outsiders think. Belgium to nick it in extra-time though?
At the beginning of the quarter-finals I was wondering which Premier League team had the most players left in the competition. Without thinking too hard or doing any research, I came up with Swansea and Tottenham with 4 each. Can anyone improve on that?
I hope you right, however that's where I differ with you, the results in the qualifiers will only mean Belgium wont take us lightly. I know we took 4 points of them in the qualifiers and probably the best performance for years was the 0-0 away from home, but they battered us in both games. I think we will give it a go and be right up for it, as long as Wales give it everything what will be will be. I fancy us to go 1 up and then be over run loosing 3-1. Whatever happens they have done he country proud.

False. He almost saved the last one. But I take your point. Funny looking at the Euros thread on the Liverpool Board, all bemoaning the poor quality of the Tournament.
I know this is a big day for Wales and good luck ... BUT, happy 149 birthday to Canada .....woohoo. All the pressure lies with Belgium today plus they may look ahead to the next game so .... 1-1 and Wales wins on penalties .
Heard on the radio that possibly as many as 500 Welsh fans (including Cerys Matthews) may not make the match due to Eurostar problems
With our recent matches against Belgium then it must give us a boost in confidence that we have a chance against the No2 team in the world rankings and there is nothing to be afraid of. The pressure will be on Belgium and that will suit us to the ground,......Come on lads lets make history and get to the semi's of a major tournament for the first time ever but if we don't then i will still be proud of the way we have reached the quarters and the only home nation to do so....
Just enjoying a Quarter final winning Steak down the King Arthur, all part of the pre match build up, dessert is going to be a delicious New York semi final cheese cake, with Belgium chocolate sauce and fresh cream. I kid you not, I'm going all out on this one.......
What a historic evening for Welsh football, tonight's game has been, onwards and upwards to the last 4, and a semi final with Ronald's boys.....
Fantastic result for Wales tonight, well deserved and well played. Ronaldo and Portugal are the underdogs against your boys.
