Portugal all over Poland the second half. It seems to be all set up for you know who to grab all the glory. If there is a penalty or a free kick, you know who is going to take it. He will also take the last penalty if it gets that far. I don't mind Portugal winning but one of their players makes me always cheer the opposition. Been watching, well it's been on the telly, since Portugal equalised. It's been great, been watching loads of old Dr Feelgood clips on YouTube. I'll be cheering Poland in the penalties.

Portugal are very good and just about deserved to win another tight and tough game. Excellent penalties. I think the only shot of the ten not to send the Keeper the wrong way was the one excellently saved by Portugals Keeper. Apart from a Swede yelling at the top of his voice through the whole game outside here in Greece, it was great to watch.

Am I missing something? I have been bored to tears for most of this tournament especially watching Portugal. I feel like throwing a brick at the screen every time they talk about pretty boy's latest miss with comments along the line of 'Normally you would expect a God of that class to put that one away' or 'They need to get the ball up to Ronaldo. So that he can work his magic'. Hello? They do all the time and he constantly wastes the opportunity. Even I could score occasionally given the number of attempts he has had. That and the sight of that diving cheating, fouling scumbag Pepe trying his hardest to get players sent off all the time
Apart from a few games (Ireland v Italy, Hungary v Portugal) its been a dull affair so far. That's not just because England have been awful, cos England always stink the place out. Norn Iron, Welsh and Iceland fans might disagree and I'm not knocking the fact that it's been memorable for them - but the football hasn't set the place alight. Am I being harsh?
Oh well, the Boyos up next against the Belgians who finally showed a bit of their capabilities in the last 15 minutes against Hungary. I think it will be tighter tonight but a game too far for the Welsh...
I saw the Belgians in the flesh and I thought they were awesome. I thought they were potential champions. If Bale plays well, Wales have a chance. I wouldn't write them off even though I think Belgium will win the competition.
