I went for my swim earlier, because the weather wasn't right for sailing...what ever that's supposed to prove.

 

The think a "prediction" is something that you make to impress people with. They hope they are long gone when time shows that they were wrong. They create a smokescreen of other "predictions" to hide how wrong the previous predictions were.
The number of people who "used to work in the City" and are "internet wealthy" correlates exactly with the number of young boys in their bedroom sat at a computer.

I think you have just upped the price by the general rise in house prices for the area. You didn't take into account that I have now got seven bedrooms, three shower rooms and two kitchens. Everything has been improved. Your worth is a long way off. But then I knew it would be. In your world everything is so simple.
