We're bored of hearing about it now, you've got no real reason for being underwhelmed and 'let down'. I think you're the one that needs to get a grip.
Telling other people to get a grip is quite amusing Tom. You're absolutely entitled to your opinion, but I think the majority are confused as to how you've reached this conclusion about a coach you likely know very little about. He's won Ligue1, he got Lyon to the semi final of the Champions League for the first time in their history, and he's taken the relative minnows Nice to fourth in the league, a mere two points behind Monaco. He's also mentioned by the likes of Thierry Henry as the most influential coach they've worked with.... So..... If you're able to explain quite why you're underwhelmed, it would probably help. Personally, I don't know. But I'm prepared to give him a chance (from what I've read I'm actually pretty enthused), and I trust the board (who haven't let us down yet) with having done significantly more research than we have or even can do. I very much doubt they just did a lucky dip.

I wasn't enamoured when I first heard of our interest in Puel against some of the other candidates, but I also said that I will trust whoever Les Reed chooses. I have since read a few positive things about Puel and if his appointment pisses off Martin Samuel then it can't be all bad! We will be as an underdog next season and that makes us very dangerous, let the rest of the Premiership underestimate us at their peril...COYR!
