The ideal steak for me is almost black on the outside and pinky red and juicy in the middle.

I can projectile vomit about 15-20yards just at the smell of cheese.
My worst food, coffee my worst drink.

Best food. Lamb or steak or ice cream if that counts.

Full rack of BBQ glazed ribs, hot and spicy chicken wings, some chunky piri piri chips, BBQ beans, coleslaw and a popcorn brownie sundae from TGI Fridays for dessert.

    And a diet coke. <laugh>

What's the consensus on breakfast foods, I vary my breakfasts a lot, apart from now, when I have no breakfast... but still...

Eggs, Bacon, Sausages, Toast, Beans, Hash Browns and Tomato with a mug of coffee... love it.

Eggs scrambled, Smoked Salmon, Tabasco sauce

Protein Pancakes covered in peanut butter, strawberries, blueberries, banana and a bit of honey

    Porridge with almonds, blueberries, honey

Bagels with smoked salmon and cream cheese - for the Jews in the house

That's my choices... maybe cereal if I'm feeling it once in a blue moon.
