There's nothing to put on the front page yet, nothing's changed, we have offers, we haven't accepted them, that's it.
Do we know who they are? Americans, chinese? Are there actually offers or just speculation? Have they been rejected or just not accepted?
This Tullock chap always strikes me as someone desperate to appear 'in the know'. I really don't think he is at all though.
