Got this off facebook, so not mine

Only 36 per cent of people in the 18 – 24 year old category voted in the EU referendum. 64 per cent of young people did not bother to take themselves down to the polling station and place their vote.

Instead of complaining that 'old people took your future' and then signing a petition to try and reverse a democratic decision, get off your lazy, spoilt, special little snowflake arse and vote. If you don't vote, frankly you deserve to be ignored.

    Backbone?

What the actual **** are you talking about? You sound like a member of Dads Army.

This has got nothing to do with a lack of 'backbone' and everything to do with what the more clued up amongst us can see coming from an economic perspective, and for what? A trade deal that is going to leave us with no change in immigration unless we pay a huge tariff. Awesome, well done for seeing that as a brilliant option for the country to take. Only you didn't did you? As you'd not even thought about what would realistically happen in terms of trade agreements and what the outcomes were likely to be. You thought that good old Blighty would be able to give it to Johnny Foreigner and they'd be grateful for it no doubt. Clueless

I've no doubt that a trade deal with the EU will come. However, it will be on their terms, not ours.

Just another opinion with no basis of truth at this time. Control is evident now, markets have reacted, as was expected, traders have responded, as they have learnt since 2008.

Negotiations will take place after new leadership is established. The Tory election was already on the cards, the Labour challenge is of their own making and was always inevitable.

Threats are being made by some business leaders, we shall see how many will happen and, if they do, to what extent they would have happened anyway.

It is a time of change for everyone, I believe many of the remaining 27 secretly welcome an opportunity to exploit that change; why wouldn't they, when many had already expressed real dissatisfaction.

There was already Euro pain and control concerns. 2008 found the EU sadly lacking in foresight and governance. Time for change and trying to predict gloomy outcomes is foolish, unnecessary, damaging and just plain wrong.

    That's fact and opinion.

    It's majorly opinion.

There's very little doubt that if we don't cut a deal with the EU, and we need to do it fairly quickly, that many top banks and businesses will activate their contingency plans and get ready to relocate.

I've already said that the EU needs to reform, and I think to an extent it will. It would have been to our advantage to have a seat at that table, but we've given that up.

It's just plain logic, pure and simple. You just choose to misread it.

You offer nothing in facts, They need the UK more than we need them. German business is screaming at Merkel to sort a deal out.
Freedom of movement (as it is) will stop, but I accept a limited number will be allowed in.

No you are not. You are making things up to predict what you want, so you can make your opinion appear expert. It isn't, it comes across as arrogant bullshit from someone who probably extracted his livelihood from economic mismanagement that others are now paying for. Are you suffering in Spain, or is it the Spanish population you are lording it amongst that are suffering?
I've no doubt you'll be bleating again about me disrespecting your expert advice.

No!! They don't need us more than we need them!...

German car manufacturers probably are concerned. That's no great revelation.

Again, Merkel said it loud and clear 'No free trade without free movement'

And what you say doesn't come across as even more arrogant bullshit??

I made my money in the City and I'm very comfortable with that, thank you.

You are just an angry, shouty little man who just thinks that if he shouts louder, that means that he's right!...

The EU will not reform, infact they want to make a superstate now, with one big Army (not that most of them can offer much of one)

Smoke and mirrors, say one thing do another, she needs to protect the EU from other leavers, so talks the talk.

and in the mail the PM has said

German carmakers have said that the UK will have to accept the free movement of EU citizens in return for access to the single market.

    https://www.google.co.uk/amp/www.bbc.co.uk/news/amp/36646251?client=safari#

You'll still be able to buy a German car Custard but you'll also still be surrounded by the foreigners you fear so much.

So what will you have achieved other than making Britain's international status and influence a bit weaker?
